Canadian Shipping Policy
Competitive Edge has a great deal of customers in Canada and we try to service the area as best we can. Most of our suppliers are willing to ship to Canada, those Spalding, a very notable company, is not able or is unwilling to do so. When shipping to Canada, a number of things must be considered when ordering. First, the costs depicted on our website during checkout reflect a flat-rate shipping costs that may or may not reflect what we are actually being charged. We invite any customer to contact us with their shipping postal code, city, and province in Canada and we will happily provide them with an exact shipping quote to their area.
The last thing that needs to be considered with Canadian shipments is customs, duties, and brokerage fees that are assessable at the border. If we provide a quote to the customer for an order from Lifetime Products, this quote includes all, if any, of these additional costs. Otherwise, all other products from other suppliers to not include these costs in the shipping price. They are assessed when delivery is being set up. Please consult your local government and brokerage authorities for help with understanding these fees.
