Not sure whats with the hardware reviews. We didnt have any problems. My wife and I set it up within a few short hours and it has been tons of fun since. The kids swing on it every day. Weve got a 4, 6, 8, and 10 year old and the monkey bars is a hit with the older kids. The smaller 4 year old cant and shouldnt use it yet. The swings clip quickly and can be removed for mowing the lawn or if you change the trapese bar into the center as we did. Its so heavy there is no need to anchor it (our heavy duty Costco trampoline even blew away) and my wife and I can swing on it as well. The firemans pole in the back doesnt get much use as the kids usually just jump of the rungs of the ladders. Id estimate that youd need to be 3 or older to handle the slide. Its got a fun dip in it, but it throws the tiny ones off balance. So, we just hold their hands on the way down. My 4 year old could use the slide when he was about 3 1/2. We bought the bucket swing too since weve got little cousins that come and use it and its a breeze to use the quick clips.
It came in one wooden crate with smaller boxes inside. The freight company unloads it, but from there we carried back the boxes. The slide is shrink wrapped. The colors are fun. Weve got two or three neighbors that have bought one either in primary or the earth colors after playing on ours. They really are heavy duty and there are no wasps, no staining, no blowing over, and fast assembly. I continue to recommend it to friends. Thank you competitive edge!

Love it. I dont understand those that had problems with alignment or bolts. Everything was great. My son and I put it together without a hitch in about 3 hours. Maybe those with issues have never put swing sets or other type products together before. It does a few minutes to get proper alignment, but nothing unusual. Heavy duty materials. I have 25 grandkids and they will put it to the test.

We love our new swing set. We set it up in our backyard for the grandchildren.
It was easy to put together and took about 4 hours.
We did not have any problems with hardware or holes lining up.
We feel this is a swing set our grandchildren can grow with and would highly recommend it.

Terrible fasteners. Great looking set

3 out of the first 4 fasteners stripped the hex heads. Had to remove the with pipe wrench. Used wire brush to remove the lock tight type sealer from thread. even so it was very hard to get fasteners tight without stripping. Some of the other fasteners on swings are so short am not sure if the nuts have more than 2 treads on them.
This is an ongoing problem. One of the nuts for the swing did not have threads so had to find another one no spares.
Swing set looks great and kids will love it
Why they failed to put in good fasteners is a mystery. If you buy this be prepared to clean threads and buy some locktite you will need at least 2 people

We are very pleased with the product, very sturdy, durable product. We did have a few problems with the locktight on the bolts, as mentioned in other reviews. There were two areas that we had to use a drill on to get the holes lined up. Overall, we expect years of use for our grandkids! Love the primary colors.
