Product and service exceeded expectations. I would definitely buy from Competitive Edge. Very professional company. Shipping was free and fast. This is the second lifetime basketball system for us. Plan to spend several hours putting it together though. The parts, while labeled correctly, are not in Assembly order. Would make a lot more sense to have the parts bagged and labelled to match the corresponding steps. Its not that hard to figure out but time consuming. We also purchased the portable in-ground sleeve. Overall, great product, you will be satisfied.

No problems with this hoop. Had all parts in the box and assembly was easier than I was expecting. The directions could be better, but we got it done. The price was the best I could find & I would definitely buy from Competitive Edge again. It was a positive experience.

Hello, i recently purchased and installed the 71525 basketball in ground system. Let me say first of all that this is a well designed product, and nothing was missing from the box. Assembly was mostly straightforward. However, the assembly instruction itself was poor. You have to read and re-read the directions. It would be great if there was a video on YouTube (or on a disk) to see the details that are too small to see clearly on the diagrams.
Also, it really takes TWO strong people to lift and place the system in place. I purchased the in ground sleeve to make assembly easier, and this is a worthwhile option. My wife cannot lift it with me, and we almost killed ourselves when she fell off the ladder. So be careful!
My family and I really enjoy this system after it was installed. The backboard raises and lowers EASILY and the vibration is not bad, provided everything is tightened down properly. I highly recommend this to anyone seeking a quality product at a good price.

This system is a great deal. I did have to wait an extra 3 weeks because it was on backorder, but customer service was very helpful and assured me I would receive it when said, and I did. It was relatively easy to assemble. Just need to read instructions several times to make sure assembly was right. I highly recommend the ground sleeve. It works great. I looked online and instored for awhie and this was best deal out there...All parts were with the system. Definetly go thru parts check list before starting assembling.
