After the tubing is stretched to desired length both athletes start running in same direction. The front athlete receives resistance training while the back athlete receives overspeed training. Strong tubing with safety cord provides consistent pull for both athletes. Runners can easily change positions without removing belt or harness. Includes 20 of tubing (stretches to 60 max), two adjustable standard belts (30" to 42") running resistance straps or two shoulder harnesses (fits up to 56"), mesh carry bag and instructions.
