New Twist on an old exercise

I teach a functional strength class and I bought this ball to change things up a little on some abdominal. I didnt know what size I should get so I order a 4 lb ball. Even 4 lbs. is still managing to kick some butt in the class. I have also found that there is a timing issue with getting the ball to do what you want but once you get the hang of it it takes an old exercise like the Russian Twist and makes it hard again.
