Yes
Fairly easy to assemble. Definitely need two (but preferably three) people to put in the ground. One part missing, Spaulding did a great job in getting me the part within a week.
Conflicting directions regarding cement inside the pole - one invalidates the warranty without cement, the other does not. Seems solid without....and with the price being so reasonable, no concerns there. (Updated on 11/3/2009.)
