Be cautious purchasing this item. Spent over $6000 on the product + rain fly + porch. White Duck did not include 1/3 of the parts needed to erect the tent. At this point, we are absolutely done with this company and their lack of timely customer service. Still have not received replacement parts. Figure if ya spend over $6000, would have prompt follow up. Proceed with care and caution. Not checking their products to make sure items are correct. Delivery Details: This product ships directly from the warehouse in SLC, Utah. This item ships via FedEx and may not require a signature.
