112x45x25

1,000lbs.

It most likely wouldn't fit in a regular pickup truck. WE can do local pickups, though you would need to contact us directly for a local pickup quote.

A: You could move it, though it would be very time-consuming, you would basically need to follow the instructions backwards. Due to the time and effort required most customers choose to leave the shed when they sell their home and buy a new one when they move. It will usually improve the value of your home as well if you leave it.

A: You will need a concrete foundation for this shed. The instructions show just how to build it and what materials are needed. It is very important to make sure it is flat and drains well. A: No. The delivery is curbside. The driver is contracted to bring the package to your address only. Pleas make sure you have sufficient help available to move the packages when delivered. Most packages can be handled by two people, depending on size.

A: No, the free delivery includes a lift gate that lowers the product off the back of the truck onto the ground curbside. It is a good idea to ask the freight company if their truck has a lift gate at the time they call to schedule an appointment. If they tell you it does not, please contact us before accepting delivery.

A: Before beginning the assembly of your shed, you must pour a concrete base or ensure you have a level ground surface. A wooden base is not recommended for these garages. Recommended thickness of concrete foundation: 4? ? to get the perfect square of foundation layout, 3-4-5 principle must be applied. Can I anchor the Duramax metal garage to the concrete?

Metal Garage
The garage dimensions were incorrect. This is listed as a 12X20 garage. When my husband and I laid the floor, the actual dimensions of the garage were 11 1/2 x 19 1/2. We spent about $300 more to fix the problem. Had to buy multiple floor beams and re-cut to the correct size. All in all, the garage is nice after it was put up. Yes, I recommend this product.
