There is a large crate with all the 12x20 material and one box, placed on top of the crate, that is the 6' extension kit. Approximately 1200 lbs.

Prepare a firm, level installation area before delivery and arrange for several capable adults or suitable equipment to move the approximately 1,200 lb. shipment from the curb. Confirm the 138" x 309" exterior footprint, 102.5" overall height, 99" x 77" main door opening, and 24.75" x 78.5" side-door opening before site preparation. Anchoring, the supporting base or slab, permits, and installation are not listed as included. Keep the pallet, crate, boxes, and all packing materials until every component has been inspected and the garage has been fully assembled.

Returning these large ticket items can be expensive as they are too big for UPS and ship through a motor freight carrier.
