This was a gift. It has great stability. Love the features. I tried using a harness to carry it = awkward and still too heavy. I tried using a board trolly = can't steer it, awkward. I need my husband to help me carry it and or load it onto our SUV. Impossible to do on my own. I purchased a Lifetime paddle board for my wife for her birthday. Unknown to me it was missing a drain plug. When my wife pointed this out to me I called Lifetime customer service. They knew exactly what I needed and arranged to ship one to me free of charge. By the end of the day I received an email informing me that my order had shipped. This company really does support their product. I did both an on-line request for replacement part and called. The support person was excellent and had very specific knowledge of the product I was calling about (Paddle Board). He offered a couple options for repair. The on-line request for support had an e-mail to me with the replacement part before I could create the e-mail suggested by the phone support person. Very responsive, great support and a great products.
