Good Buy Good Tracking

Just bought and am excited to use. With the local wind, waves, and currents I’m glad to have the skeg, an improvement over other kayaks I’ve tried. We have an island park a mile and a half offshore I like to visit, so seaworthiness is important. Had a missing seat buckle for which Lifetime sent a replacement right away! I’ve fabricated a 6” x 1/2” plastic nipple into an accessory to the inner edge to make single carry much more comfortable (see pics).

Excellent Customer Service

I used my Cruze 100 for the first time, and the kayak was great. The foam seat on the Kayak detached from the material over the foam and when traveling home with the kayak on the roof of my car, the foam totally detached from the kayak and blew away. I contacted Lifetime about buying a new seat. They responded within a day and shipped out a new seat at no cost. The customer service is outstanding!

Shipping Your Lifetime Cruze 100 Sit-In Kayak: What to Expect

This Volcanic Fusion Lifetime Cruze 100 sit-in kayak ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, Utah, using scheduled curbside freight delivery.

Shipping Timeframe Orders generally leave the warehouse the next business day. Processing may take 5–7 business days during periods of higher demand, and transit commonly takes about 7–10 days depending on the destination.

Tracking Information Tracking information is automatically emailed after the order ships. The freight carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange an appointment, so provide a working daytime phone number.

LTL Curbside Delivery This rigid 10' kayak is too large for standard UPS or FedEx parcel service and ships by LTL freight. Delivery is curbside only and does not include placement inside a garage, home, or storage area.

Unloading and Inspection The carrier will normally unload the shipment using a liftgate. Inspect the kayak and packaging before signing, and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Check the hull, adjustable seat back, seat pad, footrests, storage hatch, bungee system, handles, skeg, and other included components before discarding the packaging.

Pro-Tip for Kayak Delivery:

This kayak measures approximately 120" long x 30" wide x 12.3" high and weighs about 46 lbs. The selected configuration does not include a paddle. Arrange help if needed to move it from the curb, and keep the original packaging until the kayak and all included components have been fully inspected.

A: These should be available to order in July. I recommend finding one you like, then click the "add to waitlist button" This will send you an email once it is available to purchase. Please note that if you see faster ship dates advertised elsewhere they are most likely not taking all of the delays into account.
