Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within the lower 48 states on almost every item. We offer international shipping on select brands including Kodiak Tents.
Delivery Timeframes
Many items ship out the same day if ordered in the AM. Other items ship out within 24–48 hours, and items that are back ordered can take a week or so. Please see the individual item and click on the tab labeled Shipping to see the estimated delivery timeframe.
Returns
Most items have free returns. Our return policies differ by product, as each product ships from a specific manufacturer and we are limited to their policies. To determine the return policy, please check the individual product and click on the tab labeled Return Policy.
Tax-Exempt Purchases
We accept tax-exempt purchases with a copy of your tax-exempt certificate that can be emailed or sent via text. Tax-exempt status must be completed before the purchase. We do not refund the tax after purchase, as we pay the sales tax to the state promptly. Contact us for details.
