The Duramax 40116 Apex Pro is a 10.5 ft. x 8 ft. adobe vinyl storage shed with approximately 480 cubic feet of storage space. It includes wide front and side double doors, two front windows, two roof skylights, four vents, galvanized steel framing, and a galvanized foundation kit. The shed weighs approximately 342 lbs. and arrives unassembled for on-site installation.
Prepare a firm, completely level installation area before delivery and arrange for sufficient help to move the approximately 342 lb. shipment from the curb. The included galvanized foundation frame can be installed on a suitable prepared surface, but plywood or another finished floor material is not included. Confirm the 125 1/2" x 94 3/8" base dimensions, 128 3/8" x 97 1/4" roof-edge footprint, 92 1/4" overall height, and 60 5/8" x 71 1/2" door opening before assembly. Keep all packaging until every component has been inspected and the shed has been fully assembled.
