The Capitol Peak, named after a majestic mountain in Colorado, is a great swing set that is made from our Backyard Odyssey line of swing sets. At its core is Tower 1, a strong fort that has a 5' high deck, step ladder, and wood roof. Down below there's a huge area for a sandbox, where imaginations can run wild. The swing beam is heavy-duty with two widely spaced swings for extra swinging fun. On the other side of the fort are the challenging monkey bars that lead into the tower. And our 10' wave slide zips the kids back down to the yard again. The set also includes are play Binoculars!
Don't forget that this swing set can be expanded using Backyard Odyssey modules so it will grow with your family. You can even add another tower, slides, and a clubhouse!
This play set includes a 1-year parts warranty and a 5-year pro-rated wood rot and decay warranty through the manufacturer, Backyard Discovery. Warranty is good for residential use only.

This product ships from the warehouse in Kansas via an ltl carrier for a curbside delivery. This type of delivery requires the customer to be present to sign for the shipment and to move the product wherever needed on the delivery property. The driver will not assist with moving the product onto the property. Delivery appointments are scheduled through the freight company before delivery is attempted. You can either wait for the freight company to contact you to schedule the delivery appointment, or you can contact the freight company directly to schedule the appointment once you have the tracking information for the shipment.
