Buying a full-sized billiard table is a big investment. The shipping process is set up to ensure your table arrives safely and you know exactly what to do when it gets there.
While the package weight is 480.6 lbs, the table itself is listed at 242 lbs and is packed for assembly. Most customers find it easiest to open the shipment at the curb and move the individual pieces, including the Slatron play surface, metal frame rails, laminate cabinet, reinforced pedestal legs, cues, billiard balls, triangle, brush, and chalk, into the house one at a time. This helps make setup easier without moving the full packaged weight at once!
Delivery Details: This product ships directly from the factory in Evansville, IN via an LTL carrier for curbside delivery. The customer must be present to sign for the delivery. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The customer is then responsible for moving the product where they need it on the property.Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. We package these to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.
