The Duramax 30852 is a modular 16 ft. x 10 ft. insulated building with pre-painted galvanized inner and outer walls, fire-retardant polyurethane insulation, one window kit, dual ventilation, a secure door, an angular flat-top roof with gutter and downspout, and an included galvanized metal foundation. The pre-cut, drilled, and numbered components arrive unassembled in large wood crates for on-site installation.
Prepare a firm, flat, completely level installation area before delivery and arrange for several capable adults or suitable equipment to move the crates from the curb. The included galvanized foundation allows installation on many level surfaces, but site preparation, anchoring, drainage, permits, utilities, and the finished floor surface remain the customer’s responsibility. Confirm the 198 3/4" x 120 1/2" base footprint, the 201 5/8" x 127 1/8" roof-edge dimensions, the 35 3/4" x 82 3/4" door opening, and the door and window placement before assembly. Keep all crates, wrapping, bands, and packing materials until every insulated panel and structural component has been inspected and the building has been fully assembled.
* Before assembly please do a full inventory opening each box to ensure everything is intact. If anything is damaged, defective, or missing please report it immediately and do not assemble until all parts are intact.
