' You will always be lowering the light to change the bulbs and then you will constantly be tightening, at the bracket, to try to keep the lights up. I must tell you, this is normal use, no hanging from the pole, etc. Its a good concept but poor construction means its not even worth the cost of shipping. Save your money. Put up a telephone pole and hang a light on it. You'll be further ahead and you won't have the headaches. (This product was put up only 4 months ago. )
