Purchasing Guide

1. Is the Hathaway Face-Off a good air hockey table for a family game room?
Yes. The Face-Off provides a dedicated 5-foot air hockey playing experience in a size that is easier to accommodate than a large arcade-style table. Its compact footprint makes it a good choice for family game rooms, playrooms, finished basements, and other recreational spaces where both kids and adults can enjoy head-to-head competition. The table is designed for recreational home use, making it a practical option for families who want a step up from a small tabletop air hockey game without dedicating space to a much larger commercial-style table.

2. How does the Hathaway Face-Off create fast, smooth air hockey play?
The Face-Off uses a powerful 110V electric blower to push air through the playing surface, helping the puck glide smoothly and quickly from end to end. Its high-gloss, poly-sealed playing surface is designed to reduce friction and provide consistent puck movement during fast-paced games. The table also features sturdy construction and leg levelers that allow you to make adjustments after setup, helping create a stable and even playing surface for more consistent gameplay.

3. Does the Face-Off keep score automatically, and what is included with the table?
Yes. The Face-Off includes an electronic scoring system that automatically keeps track of the action, allowing players to concentrate on the game instead of manually recording each goal. The table also features automatic puck returns to help keep games moving after a score. Strikers and pucks are included, so your family has the essential accessories needed to start playing once the table is assembled, leveled, and connected to a standard electrical outlet.
