Purchasing Guide

1. What features make the Hathaway Primo a good choice for more competitive foosball play?
The Primo combines a full-size 56.5-inch table with components designed for faster, more controlled gameplay. Solid steel rods move through E-Z Spin bearings for smooth, responsive action, while counterbalanced, dimpled ABS players make it easier to position your players and control the ball during competitive matches. Easy-grip wood handles provide a comfortable, secure grip, making the Primo a good choice for families who want a more substantial foosball experience than a basic recreational table.

2. How sturdy is the Hathaway Primo during active games?
The Primo is built from CARB-certified MDF with a sturdy box-leg design, cross-support beams, and a cross-supported playfield for added stability during fast-paced games. At approximately 130 lbs., the assembled table has substantial weight to help reduce unwanted movement when players are spinning, passing, defending, and shooting. This heavier construction makes the Primo well suited for a dedicated family game room where the table can remain set up and ready for regular use.

3. Is the Hathaway Primo a good fit for a finished family game room?
Yes. The Primo features a sleek espresso melamine finish that gives it a more furniture-inspired appearance than brightly colored or arcade-style foosball tables. It measures 56.5 inches long x 29 inches wide x 34 inches high with a 46.5-inch x 26.5-inch playing surface, providing plenty of room for kids and adults while remaining manageable for many basements and dedicated game rooms. Silver-toned manual score counters and two 36-mm foosballs are included, giving your family the essentials needed for head-to-head games after assembly.
