I Ordered a 10x8 shed that said in Stock beginning of July for my Daughters B-Day- Did NOT Receive until Aug. 9th - So it came Month After ordering & was 2weeks late for her birthday (they were quick to respond to e-mails reg; questions reg; delays) but still $ was taking out of account day of Order & it said originally ships 5/7 Business Days!? - Took a Month, & just got people had 2 wait & pay 2help put up- 2Wks after delivery & now it’s missing a Piece of the Floor! So Emailed them this evening- will keep ya posted reg; how well it goes, or how long it takes 2 get the Piece of the Floor I’m Missing!?. So now almost 2Months & DONT have Shed up yet, missing parts & Month Past Birthday present 4 daughter!???????

We don't provide installation on any of our items. Most customers assemble these items themselves (and the owner's manual is available if you'd like to take a look at it). If you do hire out assembly, we recommend using the app/website called Thumbtack. It connects you with local installers. You type in what you're looking for an it will give you a price. We are not affiliated with them, but I personally used have used it and highly recommend it based off of customer's feedback. You can see the installers ratings from other customers and get a bid via text before committing. Here's a link to it: Thumbtack – thumbtack.com

These are designed to be built by the customer, but you are welcome to hire someone to build it for you. We don't do installation ourselves, but you can call 800-336-3865x1 to be set up with an assembly company in your area, we also have a list of recommended installers: https://www.competitiveedgeproducts.com/assembly-and-installation-services.html Or you can find a local handyman through mobile apps like: Takl, Angieslist, and HomeAdvisor. We have also found that customers are far more successful at getting more competitive local assembly/installation rates if you join a local Facebook classifieds group and create a post like, "Looking for a licensed and insured handyman to assemble my ......." You are likely to get several competitive bids eliminating the middle man. You can also use the BILT app which has 3-dimensional instructions for many Lifetime items.

This video was super helpful as Im comparing other sheds. Thank you! One question. I am interested in model 60056, the 8 x 10. Can the window that opens be placed on either side, or that panel with the window? If its only the right side as you face it, that is not going to work for me. Thank you for your help.

Another 2 questions please: 1) I understand there is a bonus pack of 3 shelves that come with this shed, as shown on the video. When I go to click on them at check out, they are added along with an additional price. Do I need a special code to get the promotional offer? 2) Do the shelves come with the brackets and/or hardware needed for installation or do they need to be purchased separately as they are listed separately?
