I purchased my trusty Lifetime Deck Box for use on our rooftop deck. As luck would have it, Chicago was weeks away from one of the toughest winters in years. While nearby lawn furniture collapsed and cracked and even portions of my neighbor's roof gave way, my Lifetime Deck Box took the worst that mother nature could dish out and shrugged it off like a champ. . . my tools, supplies and assorted nick nacks literally looked as if they'd been stored inside all season, while gale force winds, feet of snow and ice crystals were swirling overhead. Since we updated the cushions we have been putting them in large bags and bringing the into the garage. I have looked at several different storage bins but nothing impressed me. I have bought several Lifetime product over the years, large storage shed, and a yard cart, and I couldn't be happier with the quality and how they serve the purpose. So because a I am a satisfied customer I invested in the Lifetime storage box. I receive the storage box one morning, and immediately put it together. very easy to follow directions, very quick installation and I could tell by the quality and how it fit together I made a great choice. Now all the cushions for both patios are placed in the storage box and they are now now cut off from the element. I keep it outside on the deck because it looks good and I know its going to keep everything dry. Two days after placing the box on the deck we had high winds and a lot of rain, so it got the toughest test right away, and it kept everything dry, not one drop. We could not be happier.

Ordered this to store all my pool accessories, life jackets for kids, floats, etc and it is out in the elements. So easy to assemble by myself. Looks great and fits right in with other outdoor furniture.

We wanted just the right size deck box that would fit 4 patio chair cushions, and 4 lumbar pillows, plus a bit more, if needed. And one that could be sat on. This has a 600 lb weight limit, at just the right height. Very sturdy! It's not as big as the ones you would find at a big box store, 195+ gallons, which is what we didn't want. The color also matches our deck. And the price was fair. Just a bit disappointed when we were assembling the lid and saw "Made in China" under the lid panel. Was hoping for Made in America.

My in-laws have this deck box and it is very heavy duty. They keep it next to the dog kennel and they store the dog food, dog leashes, and other dog items. Its very effective. Before it was a little bit of an eyesore to look out and see all the stuff just piled up. It looks good now. I am going to get one to keep all of our backyard toys including Frisbees and stuff.

I bought this box last night. Really impressed by the price, and it's weight makes it easy to move around. Also very well made. Very easy to assemble, I had it all good to go in less than 45 minutes. My only problem was that I seem to have incorrect threads on a few of the nuts and bolts. Problem solved by another packet of bolts.
