Great Product, Creat Customer Service

I have had this box for 3 years. I assembled it myself it was pretty easy. Lots of storage it is almost indestructible. I say almost because last year the squirrels attacked it and ate holes in the lid. I think some bird food was inside - my fault. They couldn't get in because the lid is double walled. Smart feature. I just contacted customer service and they ordered the replacement lid for me immediately. Great product great customer service.

Terrific Storage Solution

I wanted a place to store all of my patio chair cushions yard games and a few other things for the deck and decided to buy this. I bought this at BJ's wholesale Club and shipping was quick and free. Assembling this was a breeze. I expected it to take 45 minutes to an hour and was surprised at less than 20 minutes. It's very secure looks great and is perfect for what I needed

Superb Storage Deck And Even Better Customer Service!

I purchased this from Amazon; it being our second one having been so impressed by the first Lifetime Outdoor Storage Deck that we purchased. Unfortunately one of the gas springs had a fault and so I contacted customer service and was very impressed by their very quick response and even quicker dispatch of a replacement part. Survives In The Keys

We installed this box on our deck in Key Largo. We are storing snorkel gear kayak paddles and seats life jackets and fishing gear in this box. The sun salt air and heat are brutal as well as drenching rain. Our box with the gear inside has not melted or gotten wet. We have had it for 2 years- all great so far- no warping either.

Lousy Product, Customer Service Was Even Worse

My lifetime box assemble the non-squarely. The only option lifetime would offer was to send a new box top on. Surprisingly the new top also does not close properly over the crooked box. Equally frustrating was the three phone calls. It took two obtain the new box top and the time spent having to remove metal brackets and hinges only to have a box that is still not watertight and does not properly close. Forget about feelings of security with the lifetime warranty. Lifetime didn't even stand by my new product.
