Little Sisters

My little sisters got this as a gift and they love it. During the summertime, they're constantly playing in it and it's honestly a good way for them to get some shade when playing outside for a long time. The playhouse is easy to set up and is very sturdy.

Grandma

Gave myself and the grandkids a fun Christmas gift. I had it delivered and put together, It has been a great hit. "Can I go to Grandmas to play in the playhouse" is often heard. I couldn't be happier with the overall quality. The customization of the interior was fun and the decals are durable, easy to install and change around.

I am pleased with the quality of the playhouse. It took some time to assemble but the instructions were easy to follow. My girls, ages 6 and 8 absolutely love it. I like that it is tall enough that I can stand up inside.

surprising quality

The quality on this is way better than we expected. It's like a true building. Only complaint is that the plastic door mat built into the door frame gets incredibly hot with the sun beating down on it (even though it isn't a dark color) and the kids have to wear shoes or step over it, but the toddlers don't know any better. We love it. I expect this to last for all the kids childhood years.

Amazing quality

This clubhouse is so amazing! It's big, but small for kids. The color tones are perfect for my little girls especially. Assembly was a cinch. My only concern has been wind in our area, but we've had it for over a year now and it has held up really well.

Regarding Shipping. Orders for the Lifetime Playhouse typically leave the warehouse in Clearfield, Utah within 2 business days. Delivery of this system are via an ltl carrier for a curbside delivery. This type of delivery requires the customer to be present to sign for the delivery and to move the product wherever needed on the delivery property. The driver will not assist with moving the boxes on the property so please plan accordingly. Delivery appointments are scheduled by the freight company for residential deliveries before delivery is attempted.

Shipping breakdown:

This product ships on a single pallet with 3 boxes. The overall dimensions of the shipment are 110 inches x 32 inches x 36 inches. The overall weight of the shipment is 435 lbs. As this product ships directly from Lifetime Products, the individual box weights and dimensions are not available.

Q: How does this play house hold up to high winds? Will it stay intact or separate at the seems?

A: It includes 4 anchors which I have personally used on mine for two years running. We had gusts over 80mph last Fall 2020 and it didn't harm this at all.

Q: Is it possible to get another set of stickers for this?

A: Lifetime requires that all parts requests go through their parts department. That way their expert customer service team can make sure they get you the exact parts you need. Again, the quickest way to receive a replacement part that was damaged/defective/missing is by contacting the number on the front of the owner's manual - Lifetime's parts department where they will be able to assist you with this. Please make sure you have your 7 digit product ID also found on the front of the instruction manual. If you don't have the product ID you can still get the parts, they just may not be able to verify your warranty. You can call them at Lifetime Products, Inc - tel. 800-225-3865 or you can email them and they respond very quickly at [email protected] Make sure to reference your model number and the parts numbers in the owners manual. A: Sorry, we don't have children's furniture for this, but Ikea has some really fitting tables and chairs that are plastic and work well in this playset.
