Makrolon Polycarbonate makes the backboard virtually unbreakable and many times stronger than acrylic. The heavy duty Slam-it rim has double compression springs; built to last through lots of dunking. The steel backboard frame improves the rigidity of the backboard, which also improves rebound. Adjustable height makes it a great choice for the whole family, and being that it is portable, you can move it to any desired location and you don't have to pour cement or wait for it to dry. All you have to do is fill the base with sand or water and you are ready to shoot some hoops. Weather resistant materials include powder coated steel, UV-protected backboard and high-density polyethylene portable base.
