4 Years And Look Brand New.

We have owned two with footrests for 4 years now still like new.

Glad I Bought Them!

We bought two for a west facing hillside patio. They are great looking. They were fairly easy to assemble - certainly the second one went together faster than the first but both were pretty easy and the assembly video was really helpful as well. Glad I bought them

Thank you so much for remembering me and sending the necessary part. I have replaced the broken part and everything fits perfectly! We are ready for spring and using the chairs when the weather is much better.

Great Product And Great Customer Service

These hold up. We bought two and a side table over two years ago. Recently when a storm blew one off the dock and cracked a support I feared a tough process to order a replacement part. Nope. Easy call to customer service talked to a person in under a minute and they quickly had a part on the way. Hard to find that these days.

Great Customer Service

I called the customer service number and left my call back information expecting the worst. Vanesa called me back promptly and quickly resolved what I needed to make a repair to my chair. Great job Vanesa!

Lifetime Adirondack Chair

The chair is extremely challenging and frustrating to put together. Please consider the customer when creating a product that needs to be assembled. I would not recommend purchasing the chair. I was very disappointed because of the level of difficulty. Very Poor Manufacturing. I would give the Chair a one-star rating. I am hoping this is corrected for future purchases by the customer. The FIVE stars rating is for the customer service representative VANESA!! SHE IS EXCELLENT!! The Best Customer Care Team Member and I appreciate the assistance she gave me when two of the backrests arrived damaged in transit.
