LOVE these tray tables. We wanted something for our back deck that would hold up to the elements. These are sturdy and won't fall apart like the wooden ones we had. We also really like the fact that the frame is designed to make it easy to put your legs under the table while eating -- great touch! The tables are larger than your average tray table -- something we like, but if you want a compact table, this is not it. That said, you can put two tray tables together and create a nice card table -- just put a piece of foam core or tablecloth over it and you're good to go. This personal table is a really great size. I hadn’t studied the dimensions before receiving so I was pleasantly surprised at the size—by that I mean it was a little larger than expected. Setup was a breeze. It arrived well packaged and after cutting the tape I had it setup in a matter of a few seconds. I can see so many ways we will use this as a family. From project table to mini laptop desk to tray table for when we have big crowds for dinner. The leg opening on one side makes it easy to sit at and it folds to a very slim size that will slide into a closet easily. When I received my table, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it was constructed. It's very sturdy. I was primarily thinking of using it as a TV tray, to eat lunch or dinner while watching television. Now I also use it as a work station. My parents have a similar table but this is by far much better in every aspect. This Lifetime table is well-built and can bear a lot of weight. I even tested it by sitting my 200 pound frame on it. The folding mechanism is smooth and easy to use. The height is perfect when sitting on a standard-sized chair or for a standing child. It's also a great impromptu TV/monitor stand in front of a couch that can be moved away and stored easily. The weight is heavy enough to make it stable but yet not too heavy so that it remains very portable. The unit stores nicely in any small space and can be tucked away or taken out for use easily. There's a nice handle to allow for easy transport and carrying in a convenient and non-awkward manner. This is a great multi purpose table and we're glad to add it to our Lifetime collection. This table is awesome - and I keep thinking of different ways it will be used. The table arrived in a sturdy box already put together. Opens up easily and fold back up just as easily. My granddaughter was over when I first set it up and she claimed it as hers. I foresee in the future it will be used when the grand kids come over, and for me to use for crafting, for my computer, a table for parties etc. . . . . . . Great personal table with many uses. Great for setting up an extra work space or Television tray at the couch. Molded plastic is light weight yet sturdy and the heat from a laptop will not damage the work surface. Setup is super easy. Simply unfold. The leg opening on one side makes it easy to sit at and it folds flat for easy storage in a closet, under the bed, or behind the couch. We have had this table for about a month now and I can't find a single thing wrong with it. Great design and very sturdy. I like how it folds up and can be put away in a small space. We keep ours behind the couch and you don't even know it's there. Great for a laptop. Nice to get work down and still be in the same room as the rest of the family because it's small enough not to bother anyone. My 9 year old son uses it to do homework and play computer games. It was perfect for him when he was getting his valentine cards ready for his class. It would be perfect for eating dinner in front of the TV or for using as a night stand or end table. We are literally happy campers. We love/need coffee, and we like to share with our neighbors. This table is the perfect size to store in our camper, sets up in 2 seconds, and perfectly holds. . . brewer and coffee station necessities. It's hard to fit our family of 5 and all food items on the dinette table in the camper, so this will probably double as a serving table at meal times. Our table arrived just in time for flu season, so its first use was by 2 sofa-ridden kids and their tissues, hot tea, snacks, remotes, books, Chrome books and phones. Easy to wipe down with Clorox wipes. ;-) It's lighter and easier to fold, move and store than our card tables, so the kids made it their craft, homework and game table, too. The only minor con to clean ability is having a shedding white dog with a black, static-inducing plastic tabletop. A Google search suggested wiping with 50/50 water and fabric softener. My wife doesn't use liquid fabric softener, so the best I could do was to dampen a dryer sheet, and it worked surprisingly well, originally thought the price was high for a small table, but its versatility, ease of use, compact storage and portability make this a solid value.
