Accurate Tracking: Tracking information is automatically emailed to you just as soon as the order ships out. Delivery Details: This product ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, UT. This item ships ltl (via semi truck carrier) for a curbside delivery. The road to the delivery address must be accessible by a semi truck. A signature is required. The carrier will contact the customer to set up an appointment before delivery. The customer can also contact the carrier to schedule the appointment once the shipment arrives at the carrier's delivery terminal in their area. In most cases, the carrier will have a liftgate on the truck that will lower down the shipment to the ground. In some cases, the customer may need to help the driver unload the shipment 1 box at a time off the truck (typically takes about 5 minutes). From there, the customer moves the product where the customer wants it on the property.The delivery address must be accessible for the truck to deliver the order. If the driver cannot get to the delivery address, the customer can either meet the driver where the truck and reach, or the customer can make arrangements to go to the delivery terminal to pick up the shipment from the carrier.Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. We package these to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.
