This ball return is the newest accessory and lifetime's lineup. The ball return is orange as opposed to the gray model 0501. This bar return is much stronger and more simple to attach to the backboard and rim. It goes on in just a few seconds.

This product is great for teenagers and other basketball players who spend a lot of time practicing alone and are tired of chasing the ball. It assists the shooter in getting into a productive rhythm.

It works well with my Lifetime backboard and rim. I do a round-robin routine of basketball shots for exercise on a daily basis, weather permitting. The Ball return allows me to stay in rhythm with my exercise routine. It eliminates chasing the ball endlessly when you make a basket. The only time that should happen is when you miss a shot. That's the punishment! Thanks much for the great product!

This product works great with our Lifetime goal. It has saved my son countless hours chasing balls everywhere. His shooting time has been far more productive. The return is sturdy and works very well for its intended use. I would highly recommend!

Definite upgrade

I got the older style in the gray color for years and years. This one is definitely an upgrade. The ramp is solid and orange color is sporty. I also like how they integrated a basketball picture into the ramp.

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, UT. Delivery of this product is via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer may be required to be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The carrier will unload the product by means of a lift gate. In some cases items may be too large to fit on the lift gate and may require assistance from the customer helping unload box-by-box (takes only a few minutes).
Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. We package these to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.
Local Pickup Option: This item is available for local pickup in Clearfield, Utah. If you are interested in picking it up locally contact our customer service for a special pickup quote at 866-308-5484.

A: I'm very sorry, but it will not fit on that model. It is designed to fit specifically on lifetime brand rims.

A: This is the smallest pack we sell of these, It's meant for lifetime rims, I would call 1-800-225-3865 if it's a different brand.

Q: What is the difference between this 90483 and the other lifetime ball return 0501

A: This model 90483 is the newest offering in lifetime accessories with the new and improved design over the previous model 0501. It is much quicker to attach to the rim, sports a bright orange color, and is stronger.

A: Model 90483 is the newer design. It is more firm and stable. It works with every lifetime basketball system, but does not work with every Spalding or Goalsetter system.

A: No, that is not recommended. It hangs down so far that someone could run into it during a game. It's perfect for practicing and shooting around, but not actual basketball games.

A: It will not fade over time as it has ultraviolet protection built into the chemical makeup. The ball return is plastic which also means it will never rust.
