Great Hoop!

Great hoop for the price! This is our second time buying this hoop. We had the exact same one at our old house. It was still going strong after 10 years. Needed a new hoop when we moved so we purchased the same one again.

Outstanding Service

the basketball standard i purchased came with a faulty middle pole. the service department of lifetime was really helpfull. sent me a new pole and i had the boys playing basketball the night i recieved the correction. well pleases with lifetime

In Ground Basketball Hoop

We bought this basketball hoop for my son. It has stood up to all of the roughhousing basketball games that my son and his friends have played. I would buy more if I had the room.

Durable Outdoor Basketball Hoop

I have two of these hoops in my backyard and so far they are working great. The setup and assembly instructions are easy enough to follow and with a little help it goes quickly. I added the second hoop (to make a full court) after the first one stood up so well to a constant barrage of long shots that banged against the backboard. Even in the winter this hoop takes a beating without an issue. That being said this is not the super-sturdy "Mammoth" style hoops. It will shake/wobble a bit when hit with a hard shot. But it is certainly durable and the height adjustment lever is very easy to use. For the price I call it a good deal.

Very Happy So Far

Completed installation 3 days ago and having a ton of fun shooting hoops in the driveway. Installation went exactly as described in the manual and all parts appear to be of high quality. My box arrived damaged so I contacted customer service. They were responsive and offered to help if anything was found to be missing or damaged (nothing was). I would have given 5 stars but I want to see how it holds up before doing so. 5 Stars so far. . .

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, UT. Delivery of this product is via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer may be required to be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The carrier will unload the product by means of a lift gate. In some cases items may be too large to fit on the lift gate and may require assistance from the customer helping unload box-by-box (takes only a few minutes).

However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged.
