Great Customer Service And Value

We've had our basketball hoop for 2 years now and the whole family enjoys it. Extremely well built and easy to adjust. Our pool cleaner ran accidently ran over the base and it collapsed. I contacted Lifetime their Customer Service told me to take pictures and sent them to them. They shipped a replacement base and plug to my house at NO CHARGE! Wow! We're now Lifetime loyal and will only buy Lifetime products. Thank you again!

Great Customer Service And Support!

I bought your Lifetime Quick Adjust Basketball System last Saturday and durning may assembly process I inadvertently cross threaded the Bolt ABI with the AAJ Hex T-Nut. Amy with your customer service was excellent. I informed her My Grandson (6 yrs) was coming for a visit this upcoming weekend and would be disappointed if I did not have the court built up and she graciously upgrated to ship two day expedite to allow me time to complete assembly in time for his visit. Thank you VERY MUCH for your Product and Support.

Wrong Parts Inside

I bought this for my kids around the start of Covid. And for some reason there is no way to call to get a part replacement. I never got past the first step due to it having no middle pole and what looks like two bottom poles and a top pole. So there's no way to even get the pole put together. When I call the customer service number it just says higher than normal call volume and not able to take call. I would love for someone to contact me to rectify this issue.

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, UT. Delivery of this product is via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer may be required to be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The carrier will unload the product by means of a lift gate. In some cases items may be too large to fit on the lift gate and may require assistance from the customer helping unload box-by-box (takes only a few minutes).
Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. We package these to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.
