This portable basketball system from Lifetime Products features a 54 in. Steel-Framed Shatterproof backboard with a Power Lift® height adjustment mechanism that adjusts from 7.5 to 10 feet high in infinite height increments. The new Clearview Backboard eliminates backboard braces to increase stability and target visibility. It also includes a Slam-It Pro® rim with an all-weather nylon net and a 3.5 in. diameter square steel pole. With a 35-gallon portable base, this system can easily be moved to a desired location. Chat Re Replacement Parts

Eric was super helpful over chat in directing me how to find the model and product number on our hoop so that I could order a replacement part. I thought I might have to buy a whole new portable hoop but Eric helped me local the broken piece for $18 and made it super easy.

Made a mistake during assembly required replacing three substantial parts (semi-enormous heavy bulky). ZipBamBoom not only were they on their way but they arrived in half the time allotted. Service over the phone was excellent and efficient.
