The Lifetime Guster Kayak provides the perfect combination of comfort, stability, and performance in an exceptionally versatile package. The Guster is made from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with a design and size that is easy to handle on and off the water. The ST Performance Hull design provides the speed, tracking, and maneuverability for just about every water condition from large lakes and bays to slow moving rivers and creeks. Replacement Of Damaged Parts Of Kayak
I received a new Lifetime kayak this week and was surprised it was unfinished (the right thigh bumper was missing attaching screws/covers and the kayak contained a 1/2 cup of the polyethylene shavings from the part installation activity). I contacted customer service and I was immediately offered the necessary parts to complete a finished kayak.

Excellent Customer Service
After having our kayaks for a couple of years I FINALLY found the warranty info and called about the broken carry handle. The handle was broken when the kayaks were delivered but we didn't realize it until the delivery guy was gone and we were unpacking them. Happy to find that the entire kayak has a 5 year warranty!! Free replacement handle is on it's way. Thank you!

Great Customer Service
I have had my Lifetime Kayak a few years and love it! We recently lost the cover to the hatch during transport and contacted customer service to find out how to order a replacement. They responded timely were friendly and are mailing a replacement out free of charge! So happy with their customer service!

Durable, Great Kids/Entry Level Boat!
I have had 2 of these for several years now. Although they aren't an extremely efficient boat to paddle they are very durable and perfect for smaller water for kids and for people just starting out with kayaking. At this price you can't go wrong! The customer service from lifetime is also outstanding! One of my hatch covers flew off while transporting the boats. . . lifetime quickly and easily sent me a new cover at my request!

Excellent Service
I bought my 2 Lifetime Guster kayaks about a year ago from Costco. We lost one of the hatch covers in transit (no fault of design or construction of the kayak in my opinion). I contacted Lifetime and they quickly replaced the hatch cover free of charge. Amazing customer service!

Orders for the Lifetime Kayaks generally leave the warehouse the next business day, but can take longer depending on current demand. Contact us to check current shipping and handling timeframes.
Accurate Tracking:
Tracking information is automatically emailed to you just as soon as the order ships out.
Delivery Details:
This product ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, UT. Delivery of this product is via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer may be required to be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The carrier will unload the product by means of a lift gate. In some cases items may be too large to fit on the lift gate and may require assistance from the customer helping unload box-by-box (takes only a few minutes).
Signing for the Package:
When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. We package these to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.
Local Pickup Option:
This item is available for local pickup in Clearfield, Utah. If you are interested in picking it up locally contact our customer service for a special pickup quote at 866-308-5484.
