Great boards for the grandkids They love it Perfect size

I got this board a week ago and was excited to hit the water. I'm not familiar with paddle boards and it was only after I got it home I realized the board was missing the retractable fin. I contacted the company and was going to purchase the item because I felt it was my own fault as I should of noticed. Customer service sent me a new one under warranty and it fit perfectly. And I still time in the season to take the board out too!

My son lost thebdrain plug for his SUP. The customer service worker was great. We had a new part shipped to. us within a week.

My Hooligan paddleboard was missing its drain plug. The representative was friendly helpful and sent out a replacement and an electronic manual quickly.

Great board the kids love it

baught a hooligan board less then a year ago and only gotten to use it 5 times and while i was paddleing out in the middle of the lake the paddle bent backwards and i could barley make it back to the shore. i called costumer service and even tho my warranty was up on the item they were happy to help with the circumstances of the situation and replaced the paddle for me. I didn't expect that but was super happy and made my day. also the costumer service representative was very nice to me and spoke very respectfully and mannered wich was also very nice with all the anger in this world right now it's nice to speak without being yelled at or being treated badly. we have baught many lifetime products and love them all as well!!!

Great for my grandkids

I bought three Lifetime paddle boards from a neighbor who was moving away from our lakeside neighborhood. Unfortunately they were missing the little captive drain plugs and had quite a bit of water in them. I called Lifetime customer service and after a short chat the agent took my info and is sending out three replacement plugs. The paddle boards have been well used and enjoyed by our neighbors children and their friends and we wanted them for our grandchildren to enjoy when they are here. I don’t know if these boards are in warranty; the stickers with identifying numbers had long ago been rubbed off by use sun and sand. My professional and academic background is in building customer loyalty through excellent service and support. The service and interaction was beyond what I expected and can be hard to find. Well done to Lifetime!!
