The Lifetime 91200 Adventure Tower Basic is a large earthtone residential playset for children ages 3–12. It includes two belt swings, a trapeze bar, 9 ft. two-piece wavy slide, two 3-D climbing walls, curved climbing ladder, covered clubhouse, four storefronts, two chalkboards, integrated city map, steering wheel, sandbox area, and two anchors. The powder-coated steel and UV-resistant HDPE components arrive unassembled in four boxes secured to a pallet.
Prepare a large, level assembly area before delivery and arrange for at least two capable adults to move the four boxes from the curb. Confirm the listed 16 ft. 4 in. x 16 ft. 4 in. total playset area, 10 ft. 10 in. height, and recommended 26 ft. 3 in. x 29 ft. 3 in. safety zone before selecting the installation location. The playset has a free-standing design, but the two included anchors should be installed according to the current manual. Assembly, installation, and suitable playground surfacing remain the customer’s responsibility. Keep the pallet, cartons, bands, and packing materials until every component has been inspected and the playset has been fully assembled.
