My kids are loving this! It took a while to set up ourselves, but it really seems sturdy and my kids love it! The ladder is a little hard for small children to climb (my 1yo has a hard time) but everything looks great!

We Love This For All Ages!!!
We have had this set since May 2014. I got it for my kids and grand kids. My 17 year old and her friends play on it. My 24 year old autistic son enjoys his time on it as well. My 6 1/2 year old visually impaired (and short for her age) child loves it as well. She hasn't had any problems navigating the equipment since we did hand over hand to orient her. The 4 year old grandson has learned to move like a monkey at the zoo and we are shopping for a bucket infant/toddler swing for the 7 month old to start joining in the fun. Nothing takes the place of adult supervision and guidance. My oldest daughter and I put it together ourselves. It took a while since we had the help of my autistic son. It supports all sizes and needs of our household and even gives the teens (and adults) a place to get back in touch with their inner child. We bought this to accommodate his size as well as give room for the others to grow and play

Merry Christmas
We bought this for the grand kids. I wasn't sure about it at first, but it was very well constructed and reasonably easy to assemble. . . you need two people, but one man can do most of it. Actually did a partial assembly at another location, the tower and swing support sections. Then hauled it in after dark and assembled completely to surprise the grand kids. Yes, we put this up after dark, only took about three hours for Papa and Dad with mom holding a work light! Well worth the money, and the grand kids were stunned to see it sitting in the yard Christmas morning! Oh weather was unusually warm so we worked in shirt sleeves to do this

Amazing Play Set
We have had this play set for a year now. Our kids (and the neighborhood kids) all love playing on it. We compared this to the other play set available and picked this because there was no huge gap between the climbing wall and the play set floor for children to fall down. we also like the look of the play set and that it is different then all the others out there. Other reviews have complained about the top step of the ladder, Our 2 year old twins are small and have both never had a problem with climbing up. We have no complaints about this at all. Hands down the best purchase we have made for the kids. We had no problems with the installation. My husband and I put it together in a Saturday (I am not handy at all). We did put some things together ahead of time so it would go faster (the roof, the ladder, the rock walls. . . ). As long as you read the instructions and make sure you have the right parts it goes smoothly. Our kids love it!

A: For Installation we recommend finding a local handyman through mobile apps like:Takl, Angieslist, and Homeadvisor. We have also found that customers are far more successful at getting more competitive local assembly/installation rates if you join a local Facebook classifieds group and create a post like, "Looking for a licensed and insured handyman to assembly my ......." You are likely to get several competitive bids eliminating the middle man.

A:  have personally helped some neighbors set this up, and I would say that it is not too difficult, but it will require some time and effort to set it up. You can check the instructions tab to see for yourself. We also have an assembly group that we partner with, you can give them a call at 1-800-225-3865 and give them your zip code and the model number of the product to get a price quote.

Q: How well will this stand up to water, will sprinklers ruin it?

A: These go through a state-of-the-art electromagnetic powder-coating process making them resistant to rust. Eventually all steel rusts, but you should get many many years from this. I have model 90177 in my backyard (made of the same material) and we have had it for over 6 years. The sprinklers hit it every other day in the summer and the snow pounds it all winter (here in Utah) and there is no rust at all still. I expect to get at least another 5-10 more years

Q: what materials are the legs, supports and cross bars made from. This is for a Girl Scout Gold Project to be used at a local church. Do you think this product will be up to par with a commercial playset?

A: It is steel. Many churches, apartment complexes, day cares, etc. purchase these. They are definitely commercial quality, but you'll want to check with your local city laws (if any) to make sure they don't have any unusual requirements. Feel free to contact us with any other questions

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, UT. Delivery of this product is via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer must be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The carrier will unload the product by means of a lift gate. In some cases items may be too large to fit on the lift gate and may require assistance from the customer helping unload box-by-box (takes only a few minutes).
Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. We package these to travel both domestically and internationally.
