Church Treasurer

This playground had all the pieces and parts that fit and was put together by four individuals for a total of 4 hours. It fits well in the space at church and the kids love playing on it! Highly recommend it for a small church.

Great

This thing is solid. Kind of a pain to put together due to some poorly written directions. I would suggest reading the directions a few times and watching the videos that Lifetime has on YouTube BEFORE you try to put this together. One person can do this but it will be MUCH easier if you have help.

High Quality...Children Will Enjoy for Years

The positives: Playset - Excellent quality, functionality and aesthetically appealing. Will last longer than wood sets and provide years of fun. Delivery much faster than expected (ordered/delivered May/June 2020 - about 6-8 days from order to delivery). Great customer support at Competitive Edge Products. The Spider Swing is a MUST The Negatives - As a Engineer with two degrees and having worked with my hands most of my life, I found assembly challenging and more time consuming than expected. Joint alignment and fitment are at times difficult. Less confusing labeling of fastener blister packs would make for less confusion. Suggestions to make assembly less stressful and quicker:1. Purchase a 3/16" hex head set for cordless drill off Amazon. Also a 3/16" T-handle is much better than the L-shaped Allen Head wrenches that are typical and come with set. This saves loads of time. Cost say $15-20.2, Follow instructions carefully. The instructions are very lengthy and daunting at times - read carefully.3. Two or more persons are required at times due to heavy lifting and alignment issues. 4. Blister Packs with numerous fasteners can be confusing with labeling (e.g., was that a D.H.C. or D.H.Y. Pack?). 5. Stage/Lay out all materials and fastener packs BEFORE proceeding to assemble Ensure you have all proper tools. It took myself and 31-year old daughter (also an Engineer) about 18 man-hours over three days to assemble. But a couple of mistakes and rework likely cost us 3 hours so 15 Net Man-hours. Two people could complete in one full day if you have the energy/time. I rate quality, function, design...5-stars *****Customer Support *****Cost ***Delivery *****Ease of Assembly **Fun Factor - off the charts

So happy with this swing set!

We love this set! I've had my eye on it for a while and decided to go ahead and make this investment since we are confined to our homes for the next time ever many months. It is so big and studies that my kids can enjoy this for years to come!

This is an awesome playset, especially since this pandemic hit, and the parks have closed. This took two days to assemble, the hardware came in packs that made it straight forward. The kiddos (9 and 4 yrs old) have been on it nonstop. My wife really wanted the spider swing and it's has been a hit. I would recommend this playset.

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, UT. Delivery of this product is via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer may be required to be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The carrier will unload the product by means of a lift gate. In some cases items may be too large to fit on the lift gate and may require assistance from the customer helping unload box-by-box (takes only a few minutes).
