A: Despite her swing is normally ninety-nine dollars, but only fifty-nine dollars when you order it with the playset. There is a checkbox or drop-down menu where you can select it if you want the spider swing. It is in addition to the belt swings that already come with the playset.

Q: We got this set from you a few years ago and it was destroyed in a storm by a tree. Can you tell us if you offer a professional installation, and if so how much that would cost?

If you do hire out assembly, we recommend using the app/website called Thumbtack. It connects you with local installers. You type in what you're looking for an it will give you a price. We are not affiliated with them, but I personally used have used it and highly recommend it based off of customer's feedback. You can see the installers ratings from other customers and get a bid via text before committing. We don't provide installation on any of our items. Q: Hello, our backyard is somewhat long and narrow. Could you tell me how wide the posts are? I can see from the picture that they are very round but would like to know how many feet apart they are. Also, can the swingsets be positioned on the left hand side of the tower? All the pictures I have seen show them on the left.

Q: How long did it take to put swing set together? And should I purchase anchors?

A: The assembly time depends entirely on one's experience. A couple of assemblers could probably put it together in a few hours, but if you aren't familiar with putting stuff like this together, then it may take closer to a week of evenings, or a couple Saturdays. These playgrounds are very stable by themselves, but you are welcome to purchase playground anchors if you would like.

Church Treasurer
This playground had all the pieces and parts that fit and was put together by four individuals for a total of 4 hours. It fits well in the space at church and the kids love playing on it! Highly recommend it for a small church.

This thing is solid. Kind of a pain to put together due to some poorly written directions. I would suggest reading the directions a few times and watching the videos that Lifetime has on YouTube BEFORE you try to put this together. One person can do this but it will be MUCH easier if you have help.

High Quality...Children Will Enjoy for Years
The positives: Playset - Excellent quality, functionality and aesthetically appealing. Will last longer than wood sets and provide years of fun. Delivery much faster than expected (ordered/delivered May/June 2020 - about 6-8 days from order to delivery). Great customer support at Competitive Edge Products. The Spider Swing is a MUST The Negatives - As a Engineer with two degrees and having worked with my hands most of my life, I found assembly challenging and more time consuming than expected. Joint alignment and fitment are at times difficult. Less confusing labeling of fastener blister packs would make for less confusion. Suggestions to make assembly less stressful and quicker:1. Purchase a 3/16" hex head set for cordless drill off Amazon. Also a 3/16" T-handle is much better than the L-shaped Allen Head wrenches that are typical and come with set. This saves loads of time. Cost say $15-20.2, Follow instructions carefully. The instructions are very lengthy and daunting at times - read carefully.3. Two or more persons are required at times due to heavy lifting and alignment issues. 4. Blister Packs with numerous fasteners can be confusing with labeling (e.g., was that a D.H.C. or D.H.Y. Pack?). 5. Stage/Lay out all materials and fastener packs BEFORE proceeding to assemble Ensure you have all proper tools. It took myself and 31-year old daughter (also an Engineer) about 18 man-hours over three days to assemble. But a couple of mistakes and rework likely cost us 3 hours so 15 Net Man-hours. Two people could complete in one full day if you have the energy/time. I rate quality, function, design...5-stars *****Customer Support *****Cost ***Delivery *****Ease of Assembly **Fun Factor - off the charts

So happy with this swing set!
We love this set! I've had my eye on it for a while and decided to go ahead and make this investment since we are confined to our homes for the next time ever many months. It is so big and studies that my kids can enjoy this for years to come!

This is an awesome playset, especially since this pandemic hit, and the parks have closed. This took two days to assemble, the hardware came in packs that made it straight forward. The kiddos (9 and 4 yrs old) have been on it nonstop. My wife really wanted the spider swing and it's has been a hit. I would recommend this playset.
