Lifetime 50 Gallon Composter

I bought this composter a few years ago. I like it because it allows me to compost food items without drawing mice/rodents. The center tube rusted and eventually broke into two pieces. I contacted Lifetime looking to buy a replacement tube. I spoke with Dany in Customer Service. Lifetime sent me a new tube free of charge and my composter is back in business.

Great Service And Warranty. (Australia)

good composter however metal parts rusted. couldn't close with rusted latch. contacted Lifetime and metioned I located in Australia. they contacted Australia Lifetime and sent me the replacement parts at no charge and received parts to my house within 5 days. I highly recommend Lifetime composters and service.

Lifetime Composters Deserve Their Name

I bought this composter to replace another model that died after more than 10 years of use. Some people might argue that it didn't quite live up to its name but it took a bear tossing it across the yard to break it. The bear didn't get into the composter but the hinge for the lid was damaged enough that it stopped working - 3 years after the bear attack.

Warranty

We bought the dual 50-gallon rotating composter over five years ago. The hinge and locking mechanism failed and Lifetime replaced all the parts at no charge and shipped to my house. They were easy to replace and I highly recommend Lifetime composters!

Great Customer Service

I bought a composter about 5 years ago. This year the hinge has rusted through. I emailed Lifetime to see where I could buy a part and to my surprise and delight they are sending me a replacement to UK for nothing. Excellent support and will make me a repeat customer.

First One Lasted More Than Ten Years. Happy For Ne

I was able to do this on my own but I did need help to redo the barrel on the legs because I accidentally had the locking pin on the right instead of the left.

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, UT. Delivery of this product is via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer may be required to be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The carrier will unload the product by means of a lift gate. In some cases items may be too large to fit on the lift gate and may require assistance from the customer helping unload box-by-box (takes only a few minutes).
