Great customer service, there was a damage to the kayak (handling during transit most likely) but was replaced without any issues with damage free kayak. Kayak itself is great, very versatile. I can fish solo (built in fishing holders and paddle clips are great), go out with my better half as tandem and when taking kids out they both fit at the front so that middle seat is empty and I can paddle comfortably. Stability and payload is great which means kayak is wide and bulky therefore not fast. Very easy to maneuver and i can load it myself, i can also carry it for short distance, but sure it's easier to handle with two. Looking forward to get the motor mount so we can do some trolling on local rivers and lakes. Only negative part of this kayak to me (which is easy to fix), backrests are not comfy at all and paddles are too short for such a wide kayak. Bought set of 96 inch shoreline marine paddles on Amazon $30 each and set of ocean kayak comfort seats (that fit great) $45 each also on Amazon. Made a HUGE difference. Now the kayak is perfect for our needs.

Extremely stable! Free delivery made this already great deal even better! In my opinion about the only thing that could be improved would be a 2nd carry handle on the side. That is something a person can add themselves in 10 minutes, Other than that 1 little detail I say this is just about the perfect SOT fishing kayak for anywhere near this price.

This kayak filled my needs exactly. It's easy to maneuver and very stable. Two people will comfortably fit in it. It's not so heavy that I can load it in my truck by myself. The construction and materials used are such that I plan on having this kayak for a long time. The seats are ok but I plan on upgrading to better ones soon. Overall a great kayak.

I love this kayak. I have fished from a 17' canoe and always felt uneasy and thought I was going to tip it over. I have never felt this with this little beast! Stable, sleek, large carrying capacity ... what is not to love. Not a speed demon but stable like a tank. I would rather have the stability and capacity. Plenty of room for my gear and easy for me to handle (not a nightmare like the canoe was!) Love it all around! Hats off to Lifetime for this little gem!

This kayak has been in service since July of 2011 (4 years now) and has lots of miles on it now. No one kayak is perfect for everything, but this one has a lot going for it. I, and others, have been on it with another kayaker (tandem) and also solo. I really like that my butt stays dry on this kayak. I do not like the color though. The Manta (same design, but not rigged up for fishing) comes in a lime green and it stays cool even in the hot southern Florida sun, but this olive green kayak gets so hot you can not touch it. I hope Lifetime will make the Sport Fisher in a lime green, which is also one of the colors that is safer on the water because of it's visibility (the other two safest colors are yellow and orange). I (we) use this kayak in fresh water and salt water inside and out in the Atlantic Ocean for all kinds of fishing. It is even safe and fun to surf back to the beach (unlike my over $2000 kayak which is dangerous in the surf). It tracks surprisingly well for a 10 foot long kayak. It is not a fast kayak, but that is a small price to pay for the stability and the other features of this fishing kayak. The tri-form hull generally sacrifices a little speed, but adds a lot of stability (which is great for cross-over sports like fishing or diving). When we come up on some tailing Redfish on the flats and stop paddling, the kayak stops pretty quickly and quietly and we do not have to "back paddle" which scares the fish. I attach a "milk crate" to the kayak to carry gear and use a soft cooler to keep our fish fresh. The person in the photo I am sending along with this weighs over 300 pounds and is very comfortable on the Sport Fisher. I weigh 180 and I am very comfortable on it too. I have used this kayak for four years now and there are no other kayaks in the price range that fish anywhere as well as the Lifetime Sport Fisher and I expect to use this kayak for at least another 4 years.

I bought the kayak 3 summers ago. Very happy with it. I did few modifications by adding the troller motor and deep cycle battery. Love it and plan to make another purchase soon.
