8x5 shed - shelf channels

For the 8x5 shed you may want to consider providing 4 instead of 2 of these shelf channels. Cheap to toss in the box on assembly. Withthe the single 8' loang shelf across the top of the back wall one must have 2 more of these channels to set sheleve either right side or left. Having the 2 extra chanels provides the needed flexibility saving a trip to the store. They also improve windload resistance as well. Otherwise the shed went together well by two teenagers in a half day and is tight, well made and works just as expected on a level concrete pad. Review Source: Manufacturer

Great shed shelves!

Shelves are great for all sheds and make storage in your shed WAY easier. They help to clean up all the junk on the floor so we can actually move around. Great for lifetime sheds.

Sturdy Product

Installation was easy to figure out; the instructions could have used a little more detail on the orientation and exact location in the shed. Also, the product description for the 8-foot shelf should warn the buyer that the channel uprights are a must. However, the price was $5 off due to the prior purchase of the shed and had free shipping. Delivery and communication were excellent.

Great product

I bought the Lifetime 8 x 5 and needed more shelving than was included in the package so I added extra. Everything fit nicely and was easy to install. I just wish that Id bought the 8 x 10 shed instead. Looks like Ill be adding the 30' extension kit soon

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, UT. Delivery of this product is via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer may be required to be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The carrier will unload the product by means of a lift gate. In some cases items may be too large to fit on the lift gate and may require assistance from the customer helping unload box-by-box (takes only a few minutes).

A: They do not work with other brackets including one sold from Home Depot. Only lifetime channels and lifetime brackets work with lifetime shelves. Feel free to contact us with any other questions.
