THE CARRIER WILL UNLOAD THE PRODUCT BY MEANS OF A LIFT GATE. IN SOME CASES ITEMS MAY BE TOO LARGE TO FIT ON THE LIFT GATE AND MAY REQUIRE ASSISTANCE FROM THE CUSTOMER HELPING UNLOAD BOX-BY-BOX (TAKES ONLY A FEW MINUTES).
