If the item is damaged when received, notify us and we will replace the damaged part/item free of charge. Damage must be noted within 72 hours of receipt on Duramax Brand items.  Please check your order for damage before the carrier leaves your home. Some items have a 30-day money-back guarantee where the item is picked up at our expense. The customer must notify us within 30 days of delivery and must have the original packaging. Items that have a 30-day money-back guarantee say so on the product listing to make it obvious. All other items are subject to our standard return policy below.

If you choose to return the item for any other reason (buyer's remorse), you will need to pay for the return shipping and arrange for your own carrier. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted on any return, even if the package is unopened. This restocking charge is assessed through us by the manufacturers for each product and cannot be waived. Lastly, any cost we paid the manufacturer to ship the product to you will also be deducted from the refund. This also applies to items listed as free shipping (that we pay the shipping on - the actual shipping we paid will be deducted from the return amount).

The return must be done within 30 days of the original purchase. Items must arrive in resalable condition in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused. We will refund the remaining payment once the item is received. The return address is different by product so you will need to contact us for the return address and a return authorization (RA) number so the supplier will recognize the shipment when they receive it.
