The Roanoke Best Barn shed has a 7' loft (at the peak), providing you with 2 floors to use for optimal storage or living space. This is not a pole building, it is built like your house with wall studs 16" on center. The Roanoke can easily be used as a barn, workshop or utilize the building for storage.

This 16' wide Roanoke provides two floors of open storage or living space. A high side wall on lower level provides plenty of storage space, and the clear span full loft provides extra bonus room above. Customize it to your needs. When you are assemble the Roanoke, you have the ability to choose the number of windows, type and quantity of doors, and more. This allows you to place them in the locations of your choosing. Our Roanoke barn offers plenty of square foot space, large enough for a small home. Choose the best size for your needs, whether it be the 16x20, 16x24, 16x28, or the 16x32.

2. All hardware and metal components are warranted for two years.
3. SmartSideTM siding is warranted for 50 years by the manufacturer Louisianna Pacifc.
4. Roof sheathing and loft sheathing is warranted for two years.
5. Windows are warranted for one year

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from the warehouse in Pennsylvania. This item generally ships via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer must be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment.

Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. The products are packaged to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.

Our shed kits are made with high quality material and are inspected individually before shipping out. Damaged and defective items are extremely rare. If you receive something damaged or defective please let us know and we will get you taken care of quickly and at no additional cost. Our job is to make sure you get exactly what you paid for and in a timely fashion.

Please note that if the pallet has damage it should be noted with the driver. The driver will have you sign for the order and if you notice any damage we recommend noting that with the driver. That helps to ensure that we can send you a replacement and that we can file a claim with the freight company. Note, you do not have to do any paperwork or file any claims if something is damaged. We make it as simple as possible, but it is required to note any damage with the driver on the paperwork when you sign for the delivery. If you have any questions we are here to help so please ask.

Buyers remorse - please note that these are very heavy items and we pay a sizable amount in shipping and handling to get these to you (shipping is free to you). Please check with your local city and county office buildings to ensure that you are able to put in a storage shed. Please check with your local HOA as well. If you decide to return the storage shed for these reasons please keep in mind there is a 15% restocking fee and the freight incurred to get it too and from is not refunded. Again, if anything is damaged or defective we send out the parts at no additional cost.
