Delivery Details: This product ships directly from the warehouse in Clifton, NJ. This item generally ships via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer must be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment.

A: The Manufacturer National Public Seating® offers the original user a warranty against all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from date of purchase for ten years*. If defective, NPS will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect.
