This Duramax metal garage measuring 12'x32' is the perfect solution for your storage needs. Perfect to store an extra vehicle, motorcycle, bikes, indoor and outdoor tools, firewood or any other storage need. It is made of galvanized metal and will not rust, corrode, or fade over time.

This model provides 2700 cubic feet of extra space. It is tall enough to store an SUV. Columns can hold storage shelves to help utilize space.

Duramax 55261 Features:

Roof system holds over 20 lbs/square foot of snow and is metal reinforced. Metal frames are .019, wall panels are .0088 and the door panels are .0141. Measurements are of one inch.

Please note that these shipments are too large for FedEx and ups and require freight delivery on a semi-truck. The freight company will call you to set up a delivery. Someone will need to be home to sign for it. The freight company will unload it for you curbside.

This particular shed ships in 5 boxes on a pallet. Sometimes the paperwork includes the pallet as its own separate piece. When you sign for the shipment it may include the pallet as a separate line item.

Fast Shipping: Orders for the Duramax Imperial Metal Building 12x32 generally leave the warehouse within 2-4 business days. They are usually delivered within 5-10 days with standard shipping. Call for more exact estimates.

Accurate Tracking: Tracking information is emailed to you after the order ships out.

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from the warehouse in Montebello, CA. This item generally ships via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer must be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment.

Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. The products are packaged to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.

A: the interior height is 95.5 inches in the exterior height is 101 inches. We don't have a metal garage building that has a taller ceiling. Shipping is free currently and takes about 3 to 5 days.

Q: Does this model come with a floor? Also, how does this model get anchored to the ground? In our county, I will need a permit for this size building and need to show the county how it will attach to the ground.

A: This does not include a floor. You can anchor it to a concrete slab with concrete anchors attaching them to the frame. Feel free to contact us with any other questions.

Q: Do you charge sales tax in Texas? Do you install or construct the building on site? Do you have to put the whole price on a credit card before delivery or do you partial finance?

A: You may have use tax due in your state. These arrive completely unassembled. The customer does the installation. You can hire it out if you wish. You might consider service connection online for an assembly quote. We do offer financing through PayPal credit which is available during checkout.
