Order a 10x10 Duramax Greenhouse. When order arrived I received a 8x10' greenhouse with a 2x10 extension. The extension was for a Vinyl shed. It took three people 3 days to construct. The instructions were difficult to understand and were in wrong sequence. You put something together and two steps later you had to take it apart to complete another step. First the ad and picture is very misleading in add. It does not state that the shed id an 8x10 with a 2X8 extension. The instructions for the 8x10 do not tell you that you need to use the instructions for both extension and primary to construct the base. The Greenhouse is fair but the customer service from this company are terrible. They did refund what they say was the cost of the extension. I could not wait for them to send the replacement because I had two people show up to build the shed and we had already build the foundation when we discovered that we had a vinyl shed extension. The greenhouse was to small for all the grow boxes I have so I have 4 grow boxes that I can not use. I would not recommend product or this Vendor. The 10x8 greenhouse is its own, singular product, the 2-foot extension is its own singular product; therefore, both products have their own sets of instructions. Both Competitive Edge Products and Duramax have customer service ready to help address concerns if there is any confusion. The customer did not contact us until after they had assembled the base and then realized they had an unopened extension kit box, leaving few options to assist. The extension kit shipped to this customer was incorrectly shipped by Duramax and a replacement was offered to the customer at no cost, which the customer refused due to the timing constraints they had for assembly. Therefore, a refund of the cost of the extension was offered
