Response from Competitive Edge - This product, 80411, is a SKU directly from Duramax Sheds and signals to Duramax to ship the base model of this shed (a 10x8) with a 2-foot extension. The 10x8 greenhouse is its own, singular product, the 2-foot extension is its own singular product; therefore, both products have their own sets of instructions. Both Competitive Edge Products and Duramax have customer service ready to help address concerns if there is any confusion. The customer did not contact us until after they had assembled the base and then realized they had an unopened extension kit box, leaving few options to assist. The extension kit shipped to this customer was incorrectly shipped by Duramax and a replacement was offered to the customer at no cost, which the customer refused due to the timing constraints they had for assembly. Therefore, a refund of the cost of the extension was offered
