Please note that these shipments are too large for FedEx and ups and require freight delivery on a semi-truck. The freight company will call you to set up a delivery. Someone will need to be home to sign for it. The freight company will unload it for you curbside.

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from the warehouse in Montebello, CA. This item generally ships via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer must be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment.

Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. The products are packaged to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.

Q: What types of weather can this survive through?

A: It is designed to be outdoors all year round in hot weather or freezing cold weather-doesn't matter. If you are in heavy snow load areas you may need to keep an eye on the snow load just like you would a home-though it has a good snow load capacity. If you are susceptible to hurricane winds you may need to check with your local county codes.
