The pole of this system mounts to the ground using an anchoring kit included with this shipment. The anchor kit uses a 9x9 inch steel plate and 4 J-bolts to provide a sturdy mount into the ground. If you ever move from your home, or just need to move the system to another location on the delivery property, all you will need is a new Goalrilla anchor kit instead of replacing the entire system.

This Goalrilla basketball system ships from the warehouse in Evansville, Indiana via an ltl freight carrier for a curbside delivery. This type of delivery requires the customer to be present to sign for the shipment and to move the product wherever needed on the delivery property. The driver will not assist with moving the product. Delivery appointments are scheduled through the freight company before delivery is attempted. You can either wait for the freight company to reach you to schedule a delivery appointment or you can contact the freight company directly, once you have the tracking information for your shipment. Please note that ltl deliveries are on a semi truck, which cannot be maneuvered onto a property. You will want to make sure you have sufficient help present to move the individual boxes of the shipment at the time of delivery.
Returns of this product are accepted within 30 calendar days of receiving the order. As this product ships directly from the manufacturer, a return authorization and shipping address will be needed before you can ship the product back.
