Tired of weak rebounds? Time to upgrade to a tempered glass backboard. Rebound refers to how well the ball bounces off the backboard, and no backboard material produces a better rebound than tempered glass. The 90014 features a 54 inch glass backboard, a 4x4 inch square pole, and a Slam-It Ultra breakaway rim. This system is great for front-yard driveway basketball courts, or for larger, more formal backyard basketball courts.
This system includes a 5-year product warranty from the manufacturer, Lifetime Products. All metal components are powder coated to help resist rusting. This is a great intermediate level basketball system well suited for players of all ages. The backboard can be raised up and down using the Power Lift pneumatic height adjuster making the rim height anywhere from 7.5 feet to 10 feet. The 90014 replaced our Reebok 59971 basketball in-ground basketball hoop system.

Do you need to purchase a ground sleeve and what is a ground sleeve?
A ground sleeve is not required to install this hoop. When buying model 90014 the ground sleeve makes it easier to install since the 90014 has a one piece pole. Also, the sleeve 0040 simply allows you to remove the basketball system from the ground (the sleeve in the ground) if you know you are going to be moving to another home. The ground sleeve is also a recommended item if your hoop will be placed in a high traffic area where it may get hit by a vehicle. In such cases you can remove the pole from the sleeve and get a new pole rather than digging up several hundred pounds of concrete.

Shipping: Orders for the 90014 Inground basketball goal. Accurate Tracking: Tracking information is automatically emailed to you just as soon as the order ships out. Delivery Details: This product ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, UT. Delivery of this product is via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer must be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The carrier will unload the product by means of a lift gate. In some cases items may be too large to fit on the lift gate and may require assistance from the customer helping unload box-by-box (takes only a few minutes). Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. We package these to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.
