After the tubing is stretched to the desired length both athletes start running in the same direction. The front athlete receives resistance training while the back athlete receives over-speed training. Strong tubing with a safety cord provides consistent pull for both athletes. Runners can easily change positions without removing the belt or harness. Includes 20 tubing (stretches to 60 maximum), two adjustable standard belts (30" to 42") running resistance straps or two shoulder harnesses (fits up to 56"), mesh carry bag, and instructions.
