Belts and shoulder harnesses have slightly different uses when exercising using Power Systems Power Sled. The belt is great for lateral exercises and some explosive exercises. If you need the standard belt along with your harness, order this product here. This belt can fit waists size 30 inches to 40 inches.
Please note that this listing is for the a belt and leads only. The Power Sled is sold separately. When ordering the Power sled, you have option to include a standard belt, a XL belt, or a shoulder harness. Only order this listing if you need an additional standard size belt.
